By accessing our website, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the relevant service or complete a purchase. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not remove any mandatory legal rights available to consumers.

Eligibility & Student Accounts

Our educational services are intended for students aged six and above. Where a student is under 12, parental or legal guardian consent is required for applicable registration and data-processing activities.

By registering, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may affect enrolment, communication, payments, or access to services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accounts and course access are intended for the registered student only and must not be shared with unauthorised individuals.
  • You must notify the Academy promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for appropriate supervision of younger students and for providing required consent.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where there is a material violation of these terms, suspected fraud, misuse, or a legal requirement.
04

Course Enrollment & Participation

Enrolment is subject to course availability, completion of the registration process, acceptance of the applicable course details, and payment of the required fee.

  • Review the course description, eligibility, language, class schedule, fee, duration, and other published requirements before enrolling.
  • A place in a course is confirmed according to the Academy's enrolment and payment process. Submitting an enquiry alone does not guarantee admission.
  • Seats may be limited. We do not guarantee availability until enrolment is confirmed.
  • Students must attend classes on time, participate appropriately, complete required assignments, and comply with course instructions.
  • Missed classes do not automatically create a right to a refund, replacement session, or extension. Any alternative arrangement will depend on the course terms and applicable law.
  • Course access, seats, and enrolments may not be transferred to another person or another course without written approval from the Academy.

Learning outcomes

Students progress differently. We provide educational instruction and learning support, but do not guarantee particular grades, fluency, memorisation results, examination results, or other individual outcomes.
05

Books, Orders & Delivery

The Academy may offer books and other physical learning products through its website. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information and to review the product description and price before payment.

  • Product availability is subject to stock and successful order processing.
  • An order confirmation does not necessarily mean the item has been dispatched.
  • Delivery estimates, shipping fees, cancellations, returns, damaged items, and order-related refunds are governed by the applicable Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for checking the delivery address, phone number, and other details before submitting an order.
  • If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.
06

Payments, Fees & Pricing

All fees and prices applicable to a course or product will be displayed through the relevant purchase or enrolment process. You agree to pay the amount shown before confirming your purchase.

  • Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available by the Academy.
  • Course fees and product prices may differ according to the programme, product, duration, or promotion.
  • Promotional prices, discounts, and offers are subject to their disclosed eligibility conditions and validity.
  • Course fees are non-transferable between students or courses unless the Academy expressly approves a transfer in writing.
  • Do not share payment credentials, OTPs, or sensitive banking details with anyone claiming to represent the Academy.
  • We may contact you to verify a payment or order where required to prevent fraud or resolve a transaction issue.

If a payment is deducted but the order or enrolment is not confirmed, contact support with the transaction reference. We will review the transaction and explain the appropriate next steps.

07

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests are assessed according to the separate Refund Policy applicable to the relevant course, physical product, or transaction. That policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Before the first scheduled class

Under the standard course refund policy, if no class has been conducted and a request is made before the first scheduled class begins, 100% of the eligible course fee paid is refundable, subject to verification and applicable law.

Initial course refund window

A 70% course-fee refund may be requested within three calendar days of the first scheduled class, provided no more than three classes have been conducted. The request must meet the requirements in the separate Refund Policy.

After the applicable refund window

Refunds for change of mind, unused lessons, missed classes, or personal scheduling conflicts are generally not available after the applicable refund window. This does not exclude a refund or other remedy required by law or for services the Academy fails to provide.

Book cancellations, returns, replacements, and product refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. A request must be submitted through the official contact channel with enough information to identify the transaction.

Nothing in these terms overrides an applicable consumer right or a remedy that cannot legally be waived.

08

Student Conduct & Class Rules

Every student is expected to help maintain a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. These standards apply to live classes, group chats, assignments, meetings, and all communications associated with the Academy.

Prohibited conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, threats, or abusive language towards teachers, students, staff, or other individuals.
  • Repeated disruption of classes, deliberate interference with teaching, or refusal to follow reasonable class instructions.
  • Sharing another student's private information, messages, work, photographs, or contact details without appropriate permission.
  • Impersonation, fraudulent enrolment, cheating, falsifying attendance, or misrepresenting submitted work as your own.
  • Unauthorised distribution of course materials, class links, login credentials, or recordings.
  • Any illegal activity or behaviour that threatens the safety, privacy, or proper functioning of the Academy's services.

Disciplinary action

Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from a class, suspension, or termination of course access. Other violations may result in a warning or restrictions before further action. Refund eligibility will be determined under the applicable Refund Policy and law; termination does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.

The Academy may review reports, available evidence, and relevant communications to determine a reasonable response to misconduct, while respecting applicable privacy and legal requirements.

09

Class Recordings & Privacy

The Academy handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Students must respect the privacy of teachers, students, and other participants.

  • Where class recording is used, participants will be informed in accordance with the applicable recording and privacy arrangements.
  • Recording by the Academy does not mean that students receive recordings as part of their enrolment. Recording access is provided only where explicitly stated for the relevant course.
  • Students must not independently record, screen capture, download, reproduce, or distribute classes or meetings without written permission from the Academy and any other consent legally required.
  • Recordings will not be publicly shared without the required consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information and student work must not be used or shared in ways that violate the Privacy Policy or another person's rights.

10

Intellectual Property & Learning Materials

All Academy-owned course materials, including lessons, videos, worksheets, workbooks, texts, designs, graphics, assessments, and other original resources, remain the intellectual property of the Academy or the relevant rights holder.

Enrolment grants the student a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use materials solely for their own educational purposes in accordance with the relevant course terms.

You must not, without prior written authorisation:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display protected Academy materials.
  • Share paid or restricted materials with non-enrolled individuals or upload them to public file-sharing platforms.
  • Record, retransmit, or redistribute live lessons or protected class content.
  • Remove copyright notices, branding, attribution, or ownership information.
  • Use Academy materials for commercial teaching, resale, or another unauthorised commercial purpose.

Unauthorised use may lead to suspension of access, termination, or legal action where appropriate. This section does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

11

Certificates & Assessments

Certificates are issued only where offered for the relevant course and after the student fulfils the published completion requirements.

  • Requirements may include attendance, assignments, assessments, revision, projects, and other course-specific criteria.
  • Enrolling in a course or paying the fee does not automatically guarantee a certificate.
  • Students must submit their own work and comply with the Academy's assessment instructions.
  • The Academy may withhold or review a certificate where there is credible evidence of fraud, falsification, or material non-compliance with completion requirements.
  • A certificate represents completion of the specified Academy programme and is not a guarantee of professional licensing or a particular career outcome.
12

Website Use & Technical Requirements

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the rights of others or the operation of the Academy.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases, or restricted content.
  • Do not upload malicious code, interfere with website security, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
  • Do not use automated means to misuse website functionality or collect restricted information.
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting support.
  • Maintain a suitable device, internet connection, and required software for online classes unless the course description states otherwise.

The Academy is not responsible for access problems caused by a student's own device, internet connection, software, or local network, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the issue arises from a failure of our own service.

13

Changes to Services & Termination

We may update, reschedule, reorganise, or modify courses, teachers, class arrangements, website features, and other services when reasonably necessary for operational, educational, safety, or legal reasons.

Where a change materially affects an enrolled student, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and explain any available alternative arrangements.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a student materially breaches these terms, engages in serious misconduct, misuses content, compromises platform security, or where continued access is prohibited by law.

  • You must stop using restricted course materials after your access expires or is lawfully terminated.
  • You must not continue accessing classes or accounts for which you are no longer authorised.
  • Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred or legal obligations that continue after termination.
  • Refunds following a cancellation or termination are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and mandatory legal rights.
14

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Academy aims to provide organised and beneficial educational services, accurate product information, and a reliable website. However, educational progress and individual outcomes may vary.

  • We do not guarantee particular examination results, grades, fluency, memorisation outcomes, employment, or other personal results.
  • Temporary website interruptions or technical difficulties may occur. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control.
  • Product images and descriptions are provided to help customers make informed purchases. Material differences, defects, or incorrect products remain subject to the applicable policy and law.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any applicable statutory consumer remedies.

15

Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, video-conferencing tools, delivery partners, and external websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing relevant terms when using those services. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their independent content or practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal requirements.

Step 1: Contact the Academy

Please contact us first with the details of the issue. We will review the complaint and attempt to reach a reasonable resolution.

Step 2: Legal remedies

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law. Arbitration may be used where validly agreed and legally applicable.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or another authority where the law permits. Any arbitration arrangement must comply with applicable Indian law and does not automatically exclude non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.

17

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date where appropriate.

Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes to existing arrangements.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after revised terms become effective will be treated in accordance with applicable law.
